What we do with your booking details

What we store

When you book, we store only what we need to hold the appointment and reach you about it: your name, mobile number, email address, the treatment, the date and time, and anything you type in the notes box.

We do not collect health information through this website. Please don't put medical details in the notes box — we'll talk about anything like that in person. Our booking system refuses health fields outright.

What we use it for

• Confirming your appointment and sending a reminder 24 hours before.
• Contacting you if something about your appointment has to change.

That's all. We do not send marketing by email or text, and we never sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

Appointments are deleted automatically 24 months after they happen.

Your choices

You can cancel your own appointment from the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging @skinlab.and.beauty_by.g on Instagram. If you're not happy with how we've handled it you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
